Conditions
• The SRFC accepts no responsibility or liability for the provenance, quality, suitability or reliability of any items sold or purchased via this service.
• All purchases or sales are made entirely at the users risk.
• All transactions are between seller and bidder, the SRFC will not mediate in any disputes.
• The SRFC retains the right to remove items without notice, and to refuse or cancel users registration at any time.
• The SRFC does not directly take any commission on sales made on this site, however a voluntary contribution of 5% would be gratefully received by the treasurer.

Instructions
• The site is password protected, the username and password are available from the web editor.
• You need to register to use the auction service, this is done from the auction site.
• Once registered you will receive an email with your password, you can change the password by clicking on " change registration " on the auction site
• When selling an item your description can include a picture. It must be a gif or jpg less than 200 x 200 pixels in size and must be available somewhere on the internet.
